We're here to assist you and make things right. You can simply send us an email at hello@saftig.shop within 14 days of your purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the Saftig products must be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn, unwashed, free of any damages, and include the original labels. Once we receive the returned item(s) and they meet these conditions, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

International Returns
For orders returned from outside of Switzerland, please be aware that any duties or costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund and should be borne by you.
